Wooden Projects

I found this pretty beat up computer cabinet at the goodwill. I talked them down to selling it to me for 50.00.. After I got it home I realized the brown paper that was stuck all over it was really sticky, so I took a chance in removing it with gasoline, and it worked... This was so much fun to redo. I cut out the frames on the 2 top frames, and ordered glass to insert into it. made wooden shelves, added to door knobs,  Painted the inside black, and touched it up on the outside in black also... I wanted to create a Christmas China cabinet for all my dishes.. I have to admit it turned out beautiful.

I love to make Christmas boxes.. You can store Xmas cd's, books, name tags, Christmas cards.. Just a fun gift... I'm trying to get one made for each of my daughters...

I love working with wood. And I truly miss working with it. I have enjoyed making projects for others, and selling it to others also.. My mother step mother was the one who loaded up my things and drove me to town, and helped me carry it into a store, and asked them if they thought they could sell my creations... It brings tears to me eyes thinking about her.. We had became such dear friends over the years, and alot of forgiveness created this relationship.. I love and miss her dearly...
