I had some extra time this morning, so I decided to go to Kathy's Blog.. I came across this article about our cells.. The title is Two things you should say to your cells every day.. I wanted to post this, and I'm going to print this out.. I love her practices.. They really help me alot..

Two things you should say to your cells every day.. You can find this article by going here..

Two things you should say to your cells every day

  1. I love you. Love is a powerful force that is divine fuel for the cells. When you resonate at the frequency of love, you stimulate cell repair and regeneration. Give your cells a jolt of energy to carry out their tasks. And trust that they know how to do it perfectly. With these three little words, you’re acknowledging their consciousness and innate intelligence. If each little cell contains a spark of divine power, then together they are the life force that you feel humming through your body. When you tell your cells, “I love you,” you are speaking to your body but you are also speaking to your Spirit and Source. Your love will be reciprocated. It may feel strange to you at first, but the more you practice loving what you’re comprised of, the more natural it will become. Then you will start feeling the unbelievable change of your body, mind, and spirit. All because you decided to love yourself.
  2. Do your perfect work. I already said your cells are your biggest supporters, right? When you’re holding onto a negative thought, emotion, or experience, your cells will store it for you. They will carry your cross! You’ve thought or spoken something so many times that the cells have taken it as direction. Connect with cells and let them know that it is okay to let go of what is no longer serving you. Free your cells and yourself of limiting beliefs so that they can get back to their real and healthy work. Give them permission to operate by their divine blueprint. Say:
“I release all cells from the past energy of failure. I give you back your right to perform as you were originally designed. Do your perfect work.”

How We Can Find Ourselves

“We only lose what we cling to”- Buddha

http://thespiritscience.net/2016/03/10/5-ways-to-find-yourself-when-you-feel-like-you-lost-your-way/

From The Blog of The Spirit Science

Feeling stuck? Don’t sweat it. Sometimes getting lost, is exactly how we find ourselves. In one moment, you may feel clear and concise about your goals in life and the next, you have done a complete 180 degree turn and are set out on a new path. Change is never easy but it is always necessary. Like energy, if things never changed, life would become stagnant, and the more we are able to adapt and flow in a state of non-attachment, the easier we can make it for ourselves.
So, when the wings of change come sailing through, leaving you feeling lost, confused and without a clear direction. Always remember.

I love the five things they listed.. You can treat yourself to them here I have started a journey of finding myself, and so I am magnified to reading all I can about finding myself.... I hope you can check their blog out. If you can leave them a message....

The Brokenness

http://kathyhope.com/
Many of us have come from the brokenness. And its ok to give this brokenness heart to our Father's heart...  We can ask him to help heal this broken vessel... He has chosen us as his beloved.. A constant reminder to us, even though we may feel broken... We can heal... I love Kathy Hope and Angel..... She has taught me so much in the little bit of time I have had with her.. She has taught us to be real with each other, a place where we can hold each other up, and her presence is peaceful... Be transparent with our brokenness.. Be truthful of the truth of who we are in Christ... Our brokenness can allow us to reach out to others, we can share and help build a stronger world.. Remove all the pain.. There is a better way.. Freedom can be found within it... Peace and bounteousness will engulf our very being...  Julie...

Quality of Life

Quality of life has different meanings to different people... The quality of your life is in direct proportion to the amount of uncertainty you can comfortably deal with."Tony Robbins"
The best way of approaching quality of life measurement is to measure the extent to which people's 'happiness requirements' are met - ie those requirements which are a necessary (although not sufficient) condition of anyone's happiness - those 'without which no member of the human race can be happy.' - McCall, S.: 1975, 'Quality of Life', Social Indicators Research 2, pp 229-248
WHAT IS QOL? QOL may be defined as subjective well-being. Recognising the subjectivity of QOL is a key to understanding this construct. QOL reflects the difference, the gap, between the hopes and expectations of a person and their present experience. Human adaptation is such that life expectations are usually adjusted so as to lie within the realm of what the individual perceives to be possible. This enables people who have difficult life circumstances to maintain a reasonable QOL. - Janssen Quality-of-life Studies
Quality of Life is tied to perception of 'meaning'. The quest for meaning is central to the human condition, and we are brought in touch with a sense of meaning when we reflect on that which we have created, loved, believed in or left as a legacy. - Frankl VE. 'Man's search for meaning.' New York: Pocket Books, 1963.
In quality of life research one often distinguishes between the subjective and objective quality of life. Subjective quality of life is about feeling good and being satisfied with things in general. Objective quality of life is about fulfilling the societal and cultural demands for material wealth, social status and physical well-being. - Quality-of-Life Research Center, Denmark
---------------------------------------------------
  XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX The truth is that even in the information age, information is not enough. if all we needed were ideas and positive thinking, then we all would have had ponies when we were kids and we would all be living our "dream life" now. Action is what unites every great success. Action is what produces results. Knowledge is only potential power until it comes into the hands of someone who knows how to get himself to take effective action. In fact, the literal definition of the word "power" is "the ability to act."
Tony Robbins(1960 )
"Life has no meaning except for the meaning you give it"
It is impossible to list all the rich array of attributes related to the concept of "Quality of Life", but literature has mentioned the following:

QOL Attributes

* Ability * Adaptation * Appreciation * Basic Needs *Belonging * Control * Demands and responsibilities Distress * Diversity * Enhancement * Enjoyment * Environment * Expectations * Experiences Flexibility * Freedom * Fulfillment * Gaps * Gender * Happiness * Health * Hopes * Identity Improvement * Inclusivity * Integrity/Intactness * Isolation * Judgements * Knowledge * Lacks Living Conditions * Mismatches * Needs * Opportunities * Perceptions * Pleasure * Politics Possibilities * QOL Domain: existential * QOL Domain: physical * QOL Domain: psycological Religion * Safe * Satisfaction * Secure * Security * Self-esteem * Society * Spirituality * Status Stress * Truth * Well-being * Wishes *Working Conditions

My Story

Hi, I’m Julie Elder, and I started my website julieelder.com to share with others about what I like and what I want to learn from others. And to be more candid about it, it’s what everyone is doing in today's Social Media online. I’m suppose to be a little funny, and at times show some serious sides of my self, so you can get to know me. Do you think it’s important to tell you that I am a mother.. When ever I come across a questionnaire, and it wants to to know something about me, I always, always want to begin it with “I am a mother of four daughter’s”.. Like it should award me with a Nobel prize or something.. But the truth really is, it wasn’t all that easy raising them four daughter’s Love em to death but it was a challenge. And all I can say is that I'm so glad that I made it through that part of my journey... Just for fun, here are a few of the things I'd rather try to forget about....

 * Hair * Trends * Clothes ~ popular clothes name brand.. Guess was a big one, oh and Gap * Boys * Friends * Heartaches * Girl issues * Money * Dates ~~~ this list could go on and on.. And just to think, I was trying to hold down a full time job!! What was I thinking.... Now that I have made it half way into my life, My daughter's are grown, with families of their own, and some have decided to take my experience, and bag the whole family thing... Just living in there own world... Can't blame them there.. So I decided about 4 years ago, that I wanted to find out what I liked, what I wanted to do, what else could I possibly learn from the book of life.. Well I jumped in head first into my first network marketing company.. Thinking that I would enjoy learning how the online social media really works, and make some fast residual income, I was going to strike gold, one way or another. I was never going to work and support another company for someone else ever again.. And then came along the joy I was experiencing learning how to use Photoshop.. Now this was fun.. And so then my desire to learn how to build a website.. Yes I said a website. I was starting to feel pretty powerful, and it didn't help to have my father encourage me every day, how proud he was of me, and man you really made that. well I became a child again, just never could get enough of that praise from him.. It became an addiction.. And I was learning. I really was quit proud of myself.. Tired of hearing people complain every day to me on the phone for over 20 years of my life.. Well this was like a breath of fresh air for me.. Lovin every min of it.. So here I am in today's world.. I love to network and market and design. It has become something that I love to do..I have meet some incredible people over this past year, and I have learned so much, from so many of you. I am looking forward to this new year with great anticipation of creating some thing superior in my life. This next year 2010 I am eagerly looking forward to meeting a lot of my new friends, and just sit awhile with you, and enjoy the moment... My wish to everyone a very prosperous new year in 2010.. Best Regards Julie

The First Lady’s number one health rule: Give yourself permission to be happy.

Give yourself permission to be happy.
I loved this article. Probably because it really hit home for me. While I was a mother of 4 daughter’s. I was so busy trying to work 40 hours a week, and be super Mom when I was home. If you have never raised 4 daughter’s at one time, man was it a breaking point in my life. In the beginning I didn’t do too badly at it. But as the need for our families income to increase I found myself working.

I ended up getting pretty sick from all the tension that I was experiencing. My body took on it’s own mind, and no matter how hard I tried to get that control back, the mind was much more powerful than I could manage. I started having anxiety attacks, which would end up limiting my driving, or any kind of social appearances. I spent a lot of time just trying to figure out what the heck was happening. And the more I read the worse it actually got. I was trying so hard to find a solution, and wanted desperately to put a name to it. It wasn’t who I was, and I knew it. I just wanted to be myself again.
I never was the same person again, but I am living a more comfortable life, than I ever imagine would be possibly.. If I would have listened more to what my body was telling me, I don’t think it would have shut down like it did. So when I read this great article, I wanted to share it with every one. I have been really focusing on myself this past year, learning how to exercise, eat better, and I have lost 20 pounds. I am learning how to put Discipline into my life, realizing that I have two options to choose from, I can live with Discipline or I can live with Regret!!
Enjoy the article I want to share with you. Great advice from our first Lady Michelle Obama… View article here

The Human Body Is Built for Distance

I found this article to be very interesting. My daughter Priscilla was having a very hard time with running, as she began her newly found desire to learn how to run, using her NextFit Keychain trainer, using her personal coaching by Jeff Galloway. As she began she started to experience a lot of discomfort in her legs and feet, so we took her down and spent quit a large amount of money-getting the proper shoes matched up with her run!! That seemed to have corrected her problem a slight bit, but she soon discovered from a local trainer from NextFit, Dori Madsen, who was running barefoot with the bare foot shoes. Priscilla ventured out bought a pair of bare foot shoes, and she runs great now. So I have to wonder about the truth backing this article and video.. I believe that maybe they might be on to something!! What do you  think? Have you ever tried running bare foot. Read article here to view video here
